Formed in 2001, Brendamor Designs is an Australian owned & operated art,craft & giftware design studio that specialises in producing quality & unique counted cross stitch designs.

Constantly inspired by nature, the Brendamor studio is ideally situated on the beautiful green plateau of Tamborine Mountain which is located just west of the Gold Coast… in the south-east corner of Queensland, Australia.

Jennifer Luke

~ Designer / Customer Service

As a qualified IT / Multimedia developer & trainer, Jennifer joined her family in 2001 to begin operations of their new graphic design studio - Brendamor Designs.

Born & bred in the south-east corner of Queensland, Australia; Jennifer has always had a love for the outdoors and combines her interests in nature, photography & art with the designing of all Brendamor cross stitch designs.

Jennifer is always happy to hear from customers/visitors to this site and is the main contributor to the Brendamor Studio News / Blog. If you would like to drop her a line please feel free to visit our contact page.

As well as being an intricate member of the Brendamor Designs team, Jennifer also works freelance as a Digital Artist & IT/Multimedia Trainer via her business Magpie Digital.

Dorothy Luke

~ Stitching Co-ordinator / Customer Service

As the Lead Stitcher / Tester for all Brendamor cross stitch designs, Dorothy brings to the studio both her eye for detail in stitching as well as an infectious love for anything art & crafty.

Born in London, England before emigrating to Australia in the late 60’s, Dorothy has a keen interest in Australian birdlife as well as overseas flora & fauna.

Working closely alongside her daughter Jennifer, Dorothy is involved not only in the stitching of Brendamor cross stitch designs but also in the initial design concepts.

Dorothy is also very happy to help out in customer enquiries & can be contacted via our contact page.

Spock

~ Team Mascot / Office Cat

1992 - 2008

Many of our web visitors & customers have commented to us over the years about our office cat, Spock.

Sadly, due to old age & very poor health, we lost him mid this year.

He was deathly afraid of birds and had a liking for crushed peanuts and almonds … strange cat.

As you can see from his photo, Spock was a very energetic & hard-working member of the team and if you were wondering about his name… yes, we are sci-fi fans.
