What/Who is PayPal & why are you using them?

We use PayPal to process our online transactions as they are a long established company (now owned by Ebay) that prides themselves on securely handling online payments for merchants (such as Brendamor Designs) & shoppers like yourself.

When buying any of our products online through PayPal, you have the opportunity to use a wide range of Credit Cards or use an existing PayPal account (if you are already a member with either PayPal or eBay).

Note: You do not have to be a PayPal account owner or even set up an account with them, to purchase any of our products online. PayPal will give you the option to start an account if you wish otherwise you can solely use it as a Credit Card processing system.

PLEASE NOTE: Brendamor Designs do not receive any details of your credit card from PayPal. All we receive are details of your order, delivery address and confirmation that your payment has been approved.

The following section explains step-by-step how to select a product(s) from our website & buy it online through PayPal.

Shopping Online (Step-by-Step)

  • On our website, select & open the webpage displaying the Brendamor product you wish to purchase.
  • You will see a large Product image being displayed with a Product ID & Item Price (in $AUD) sitting to the right of it.
  • Below the price you will see a button labelled “add this item to Shopping Cart”.
  • Click this button to add the product to your shopping cart.
  • A new window will open displaying your online shopping cart (via PayPal).
  • The product you selected to purchase will now be displayed in this shopping cart window (with quantity & price). ~ shown below

  • If you wish to purchase more than one of the selected product, alter the quantity displayed.
  • If you wish to remove an item from the basket, select the “remove” link, which is located after the total price of that item then click the “Update Cart” button.
  • We do not charge Postage & Packing as this cost is included within the price of each product.
  • To continue shopping & add further items to your order, click the “Continue Shopping” button to return to Brendamor’s Products section.

  • When you are finished selecting products to purchase & ready to proceed to the online checkout, click on the “View Cart / Checkout” button displayed in the right hand column of any page within our website.
  • Clicking this button will reopen the shopping cart screen.

    • To Proceed to Checkout…

  • If you are ready to proceed to the Checkout & finalise your order… click the “Proceed to Checkout” button displayed on the Shopping Cart screen.
  • This will take you to PayPal’s secure payment process.
  • Your order information will be displayed, and you will be asked to enter your PayPal log-in information OR your Credit Card information.
    note: There is no charge for setting up a PayPal account.
  • Once PayPal completes your transaction you will see a confirmation of your payment & you will also receive an email from PayPal confirming your order.
  • With a successful transaction, you will be automatically returned to a screen on Brendamor’s site where we thank you for your order :)

 

I would rather order offline. Mail Order Option (Cheque / Money Orders)

If you wish to buy ‘off-line’ (not using the PayPal internet shopping facility) then please click here to open a Brendamor Designs mail order form that you can print out.

Fill out the form with your:

Name

Delivery Details

Order details ( eg. Product ID, Name, Qty, Price etc…)

Then simply post it to us with either a:

Cheque

Only cheques made from within Australia & in Australian Dollars are accepted.
Cheques must be made payable to “Brendamor Designs”

International Money Order

Overseas customers can pay via International Money Orders made payable to Brendamor Designs. Payment must be made in Australian dollars ($AUD)

Deliveries / Shipping

For Online Orders: Once we are notified by PayPal that your order and payment has been authorised we will begin processing your order.

For Mail Orders: Once we receive your order form & clear the cheque / money order, we will begin processing your order.

We aim to send out all orders within 3 working days & expect delivery within the following 5 - 10 days (depending on customer location).

In the event that an item you ordered is not in stock we will notify you of the delay and provide you with the opportunity of either waiting or canceling the ordered item.

Your Security & Privacy

We consider the security of your payments and individual privacy as very important, which is why we chose PayPal to securely handle all online payments.

Brendamor Designs does not receive any of your credit card details.

In regards to your delivery details, order history & any provided personal details… we do not pass these on to any outside organisation or individuals.

Why is everything listed in Australian Dollars ($AUD)

Easy… we are an Australian business :)

If you are buying online, PayPal will automatically convert to your currency, during the processing of your order.

Why am I having a problem adding an item to my online cart?

To use the online shopping facility, you will need to make sure that you have cookies enabled on your web browser. In your web browser menu select Tools — (Internet) Options — Privacy — & you’ll find a Cookies section.
