Terms & Conditions

To protect our Resellers and Stockists, all Wholesale Account applicants must be registered businesses who understand and agree to our basic Terms & Conditions of resale.

• Maintain a physical storefront or legitimate online business

• Provide a valid resale or business license / tax number (ABN for Australian businesses)

• Purchase our products with the sole intent to resell them ‘as is’ to end users.

• Brendamor Design cross stitch charts/patterns are copyrighted and MAY NOT be copied, loaned or deconstructed in any way to a third party
• Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.

Upon approval of your wholesale application, we will contact you with a welcome message & all the information in our current wholesale pack, including the following:

• shipping information
• payment methods
• minimum orders
• return policy
• wholesale order/re-order form

As a Brendamor retailer & industry partner we will:

• Send you advance notification of all new design releases.
• Promote your business as a recommended retail outlet
• Provide you with a free one page directory / ad listing on our website (including up to 3 images & business details that you supply to us)
• Always provide professional & friendly service for any orders or enquiries you have.

Our Prices

We pride ourselves on maintaining a balance between producing quality products and still being able to provide a very attractive & industry standard trade price to retailers/distributors.

Trade prices are never displayed publicly on our website.
