To gain and maintain wholesale status, you must agree to the following conditions.

Maintain a physical storefront or legitimate online business

Provide a valid resale or business license / tax number (ABN for Australian businesses)

Purchase our products with the sole intent to resell them 'as is' to end users.

Brendamor Design cross stitch charts/patterns are copyrighted and MAY NOT be copied, loaned or deconstructed in any way to a third party

Shipments outside of Australia may be subject to import charges and taxes that are the responsibility of the buyer.
